Consequences are supposed to deter people from doing stupid or bad things. I think this is a good example - do not take any part in a criminal act!

This seems to be more of a "law of the parties" charge, or probably more accurately a combination of LOP and felony murder rule.dlh wrote:I fully support the felony murder rule!

The only tragedy here is the taxpayer cost of emergency medical services to render aid to a victim of poor shot placement. I fully support the one shot one kill rule.
