The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Thanks TAM, that was an entertaining interruption to an otherwise boring day. I got a good laugh out of it and I think I actually like the product. They may have even just sold me a roll. Hope you're getting some kick back.

What is commonly called duct tape was actually called Duck tape in WWII when it was developed. It used cotton ducking material as a backing and was developed by a woman who forwarded her suggestion to President Roosevelt to use it to seal ammunition boxes. He forwarded it to the War Department and Johnson and Johnson developed it for use. The first use of duck tape was by a WOMAN, Vesta Stoudt It shed water like a duck, which also encouraged GI's and Sailors to call it duck tape. I'm sure she was a redneck, though. A company later copyrighted the Duck Tape name.allisji wrote:now I'd call that the Mother Of All Tapes.

I believed it up until he said put it in your fanny pack. That's not manly.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.
