They will just get mad. The owner seems to be pretty ignorant of the entire issue, and the fact that he can't understand the complete disconnect involved in posting a 30.06 and then "allowing" entry if you show a license is very telling. 30.06 signs only restrict LTC holders from entering, but you are OK with them entering (armed) if they show you a license? That type of "logic" would make the most liberal gun grabber proud.TreyHouston wrote:I had to go and check it out myself! Posted a question or two myself! I would love to hear their answers. I bet they go for the democrat answer and just get mad!
There once was a guy who built a great range facility in Katy, complete with state of the art simulators, a very nice retail area, etc. He then decided to vigorously call for restrictions on the online sale of ammunition. That great facility is now owned by Boyert Shooting Center after the original owner went bankrupt. Offending your target market is an interesting, and generally unsuccessful, business strategy.
Boyert is great, by the way. Cops shoot free, friendly people who act like they are happy to see you, great membership plans if you shoot a lot, two locations that are perfect for anyone who works in Houston and lives in Katy (which is a fair amount of folks here), great events involving free cigars, food/drinks, and giveaways, very friendly owner, etc. Oh, and they allow OC and CC (of course).
