LTC status dissapeared

Apologies if this has been covered before, but I couldn't find it at a glance. I submitted my application 2/5 and got fingerprinted/sent supporting doc 2/6. It used to say "Status: Submitted" on the LTC site, but now it shows nothing other than the option to fill out an instructor application. Has anyone else had this issue? It says the service will no longer be available if the licence has shipped, but I know they didn't turn my licence around in 3 days.

I had the same thing happen when I renewed mine. It took a couple of days for them to populate the list. I was worried that everything had disappeared.

Yep. The status will disappear for 3-5 days before it re-appears and everything starts going green.

Just have patience.

In order to get an idea of the time frame you're looking at from submission to plastic in hand.

Soon it will tell you the individual statuses of every step. Just a simple and easily fixable flaw in the tracking system.

It was at least two weeks for me after the class paperwork was submitted before it popped back up with itemized statuses. However, don't be afraid to call them. I sure did, because I'm impatient and also wanted to verify receipt of all my paperwork.

Update: list finally populated and then shows print pending. Looks as if they waited until my background check was complete to show the list.
