Not sure where you get the GWB info. The article above is stating:

He was a Somali refugee who left his homeland with his family in 2007, lived in Pakistan and then came to the United States in 2014 as a legal permanent resident of the United States, officials said.

2014 puts this under the current President.

My mistake. An Obama refugee. Are we going to keep a count? Come up with a percentage over time of how many become or are terrorists? Number of dead and wounded Americans due to Obama's pen and phone.

No doubt after January the media will blame Trump's policies.
