Pictures Of Your Daily Carry

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
Ok, so I just got my LTC yesterday, and picked up my new carry gun today. I have not gone holster shopping yet so what you see in this pic will change considerably. However, I did take my new baby to the range this evening and put 150 rounds through her without a hiccup. I cannot believe how well I shoot this gun, it's like I am shooting a full sized pistol. My accuracy was VERY pleasing as I was keeping a tight group at 15 yards. Four of my buddies who went to the range also shot it and were all amazed at how smooth this little Sig is. I am absolutely 100% pleased with my purchase.....

Great looking revolver. My 686 has no dash and has only had one round fired through it by ND (not me), but that is how I came to purchasing it because his wife told him to get it out of the house.Take Down Sicko wrote:My 357 Mag Smith and Wesson 686
What holster do you use to support that beast?

Well, I cant even remember what year i bought the gun but its been maybe some 40 years ago. I only have a nylon holster with a name tag i cant even read anymore due to age. It was my side arm when i used to go deer hunting in my early years. It hasnt been fired in more or less 32 years now.

That Kershaw Leek is a nifty little knife. I have two of them - one silver like yours, and one in black oxide.SoloXCRacer wrote: * Kershaw Leek pocket knife.

I typically carry a Springfield XD Mod.2 45acp pistol. But if I go really low profile it may be a S&W Bodyguard .380 in a pocket holster.
The XD .45 works nicely with a Alien Gear Holster too.
Of course if I wear a baggy shirt I can carry a full size 1911 or 2011 pistol too.

Re: Pictures Of Your Daily Carry
My "little" EDC family. They have a few other S&W, Ruger & Beretta cousins also, but this is the immediate family!
Just got the little Colt Mustang. My first .380. I wanted it for a little deeper carry, where a little extra concealment was necessary. I do have a little Beretta Jetfire in .25, but felt like that caliber was just a little bit TOO little. Plus, it belonged to my grandmother - I'd hate to risk somehow losing that one.
I put about 120 rounds of FMJ and HP through the new Mustang straight out of the box (except I did run a dry swab through the barrel a few times before shooting it). No problems whatsoever. Cleaned him up and he's looking extra sharp now. A fine new addition to the little family!

At the moment this I what I use. I also have a 1911 commander but have not tried going out with that yet.
I normally wear it at 4 o'clock, 15+1 rounds, hammer dropped safety off.
