The still shot seems justification enough, but i could be wrong.. The media keeps saying the still shot shows him with his "hands up"... is that what a shooting stance is called?

Whoever took that still photo is an idiot for standing in (potentially) the line of fire.

Seemed like another crazy man who wanted to commit suicide by police.

Another, one officer fired a taser and another fired a gun incident.

Seems if you want to die, you ignore police officer orders and you put your hand in your pocket and then suddenly pull you hand out and assume a quick two handed fire a gun at the range position.

Over these repetitive headlines. If it isn't obvious at this point, that if you do not obey police orders you are potentially risking your life, it never will be. I am fully convinced people will never learn. So over it.
