Is that a special vanity call sign?

It is a vanity sign, pronounced KO-GAR (like the fish). It was the name of my baby brother's favorite gaming character that he played in online dungeon games. He passed away from cancer in 2010.

The only way that I have passed my Tech and General are by using the practice tests on QRZ.com. Keep taking the test over and over until you can consistently get a 80%, and you should do fine on the test. It won't teach you what you need to know, but it will help you pass the test.

That is strange. That username has done similar things elsewhere to others. Just bot posting identical things with that link at the bottom. Don't click that link...
One of me posting is plenty.
