No need to meet - avoid the drama. Leave the camera at the police station. Also no need to make the comment about her deleting your contact info.

Think of conversation as throwing a ball back and forth- you throw a statement out & that prompts a reply. Dont throw and dont catch. Dont reward an instigator with a response.

I'm curious about this statement. What made him say that? It seems out of place, like some part of the conversation is missing.

Also, I'm not to sure that if two complete strangers under these circumstances asked me if I was C-dub that I would say, Yeah. I might say, "Who? Never heard of him."

Some folks always come with drama and trouble baggage. Successful avoidance of situations like the one in the OP starts with avoiding any involvement with these folks at the get go.

I agree with the majority, avoidance is the best thing you could have done differently. You felt the need to draw your firearm for your safety with you being outnumbered and unsure of what they would do.

I am not sure if the question was answered but was the OP boxed in at the scene?

The good thing is nobody got hurt, and everyone went home to their family.

You should've mailed the camera instead. Property disputes with the ex or in this case the ex's agent often turn deadly. A coworker of mine was killed over a bbq grill.
