Press calls election for exit
Gold up $100 - Dow futures down 670 points this evening.
Nasdaq down 200 pts.
Polls showed Stay would win.
I think this is good news for Trump.
Your dollar is worth more. Foreign made guns will be cheaper.

Stocks will bounce back, UK has hopefully saved itself and that's a big deal.

I found it amusing that some British pundits were trying to explain it to Americans that it would be like Texas leaving the US. Im counting the minutes before that Texas idea is brought up again with the Leave vote having won.
I don't really have a horse in the UK referendum, but I think most were tired of too much government... you know taxation without representation....sounds familiar!

Scotland would split from UK. England would pay the price.

I've seen some tweets that make it sound like Ireland could make some noise too...

I agree, I think Scotland will have another independent vote soon... and it will pass. Ireland may not be far behind.

Holy crap these markets - http://www.theblaze.com/stories/2016/06 ... ean-union/
Oil is down, yen is up, euro is down, pound is down, Nikkei is down, Hong Kong market is down, futures are down.
I have to sleep but I can't stop watching.

Congratulations to Brits who voted for Brexit.
You may have a chance to straighten your homeland up and seperate from those whose intentions were to globalize everything and everyone.
Good job.

Hard choice. Economic turmoil vs. Societal collapse. The U.K. is well out of the modern FrankenReich.

I think this is a snowball that will take few more EU members out. Though it certainly didn't start with EU solely, the rise in soft occupation and erosion of European culture I largely credit EU. Occupation by whom? Take a guess.
Populism is on the rise and all I've got to say is this is good news for Trump. People around the world have had enough with bastardization of their borders/language/culture and you'll see more member Nations exit.
Most of my family is still there and they are ALL sick of it.

I had the same problem too... couldn't turn it off. In the long run, the Brits will be better off.TexasJohnBoy wrote:

In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.
