You could just try online ordering. That works for the gun also if you are paying for it directly to be shipped to your FFL.

you'll of course pay your "use" tax on all you OOS purchases at the end of the year, right? :rules:

Speaking of dumb, that is one of the dumbest things a legislature has devised - right up there with the Connecticut lawmaker who "really thought the vast majority would register."

Since this is old news and can't resurface again until 2017, closing this Topic. BTW, This was also HB206 in 2015 (Leach), and the idea was first introduced in the 2011 session by Sid Miller as HB181.
