Congratulations you guys, I am hoping that my status changes soon my email confirmation date was 1/4/16. Just went through the background check and picked up my new AR pistol, so I know my background is squeaky clean.

All in date for me and wife plus email confirmation, 01/05/2016.

After the call I got Friday, saying I was approved and they would finish things up and mail out my card. I figured the website would have changed by now?? They truly have a screwed up system (or lack there of!)

Well folks, I checked my status today, and it changed! Had the options to change my address and stuff. Haven't checked it in about a week. I was checking every day like Ralphie for his Decoder Pin but I gave up now that I'm entering like week 13

Got my confirmation email Jan5th, and as of today, March 28, the status is officially changed. Can't wait to get my hands on that plastic!

Update, I got my plastic in mail today.
website has now changed to where I can update changes.
All in date 1/5/16.
Wife's plastic did not arrive, nor is there a change in her status.
Better keep my mouth shut till hers gets here.
Discetion is the better part of Valor.
I'll save emojis for hers to hit. Hopefully I will be posting it tomorrow.

So I got that strange reply email saying my card was printed and mailed as of 3/25. I'm 45 minutes from Austin, usually mail up there is one day. Still nothing as of today. But our post office is a joke. No status change, no plastic as of 3/28... Hoping for tomorrow. I was all in around 1/6-8. Best of luck to all y'all still waiting and congratulations to those of you who have gotten yours!

Another day of waiting....I can't count the number of times I have checked out the DPS page with a status change. I'm just really hoping they get it mailed off to me before I move here soon in mid-May.....on another note have any of you had success with car holsters that go under the wheel? I heard Gum Creek was good, but I'm not really sure about it. Taking any and all suggestions.....

What is frustrating that i completed mine 1 month before a co-worker and he got his and I'm still freaking waiting.

Received confirmation email from RSD on 1/4/2016 saying all documents received. Just talked to RSD and they say they received documents on 1/8/2016 so my clock didn't start until then. So apparently Friday will be 12 weeks not today and all the lady could tell me is all my documents were received. So once again call is a waist of time. I should have told the lady at RSD that today is my b-day and see if they could get push through today.

Oh well the wait continues.

I posted back around the 20th of Feb when I first turned in all of my supporting documents. I turned in all paperwork on 19 Feb and received confirmation email same day. By the calendar, this Friday will be 6 weeks. I held out this long before I started checking the website for any change. There is none yet. After reading all the replies about differing experiences and of lost paperwork etc, I called today. I am just as impressed as I have ever been when it comes to making phone contact w DPS whether it was for driver license issues or this. It took exactly 30 calls and a 32 min wait to get through. It seems that I got ahold of the "Nice Lady", (I told her she was famous btw), I was told all paperwork is accounted for but to allow total 12 weeks... So I am possibility still 7 weeks out.... I'll try again in a few days and see if the story changes any.
