Now you know why so many things come with warning labels. Once you think something is Idiot Proof, they make a better Idiot.

I haven't click any of the links to that story, but I understand there is a video. I don't want to watch that. The most optimistic part of me hopes that the guy was already an amputee before this incident and its just a prankster pulling our leg

They say you can't fix stupid. That may be true, but evidently you CAN knock the legs out from under it.
Facts are stubborn things; and whatever may be our wishes, our inclinations, or the dictates of our passions, they cannot alter the state of facts and evidence. - John Adams

It is an awful video and the guy was seriously injured. I tried not to laugh, but this was too funny.Pawpaw wrote:They say you can't fix stupid. That may be true, but evidently you CAN knock the legs out from under it.

Education is expensive. This man's education just about cost an arm and a leg....okay, maybe not the arm.

I didn't see anything in the story, but I was wondering if doctors were able to re-attach his leg.
If he was hit by sharp shrapnel maybe.

The only video at the link that I saw was the local news report. They didn't show much of the original video, but it looked like the guy was walking normally.psijac wrote:I haven't click any of the links to that story, but I understand there is a video. Although, come to think of it, that doesn't actually disprove your idea. There are some really advanced prosthetics these days.

Sorry - I was trying to think of a better one but got stumped.
Well if he got that job he'd be one leg up on the competition.

There's a lot of stupid loose out there.
This beats the one I saw today about the person in Missouri arrested for using the butt of a pistol as a hammer. In a school. And he has a CHL. Should've just used his head.

If you're standing still, you're loosing.
