Signage on Public housing in El Paso.

As the name indicates, this is the place for gun-related political discussions. It is not open to other political topics.

I have no knowledge as to whether this location is govt owned or not, so I will limit my comments as follows:
  • if this the only sign, and there is no Spanish version, then it is invalid. Carry on
  • They had one job, and they screwed it up. Concealed is spelled incorrectly.
Your best option for personal security is a lifelong commitment to avoidance, deterrence, and de-escalation.
When those fail, aim for center mass.

That's hilarious! I didn't even notice that...

And that's enough to make it invalid. (IANAL)

They are in fact a political subdivision , so that's makes it that they should not be able to ban legally carried weapons even if they get the correct signage . NO?

They cannot legally ban handguns for an LTC. They know this. And they are not attempting to ban anything. Just posting a humorous sign.
