No application or license/certificate active

I checked my status tonight and it had flipped to this since Friday. I'm not sure if this is good or not.

Packet mailed July 2
Recieved DPS July 5
Requested PIN via email and PIN recieved Aug.3
Shows Processing Application Aug.3
No application/ or license certificate active Aug. 12

Check and make certain you logged into the CHL set, and not the Instructor set of the links on the DPS site.
