Frustrated with RSD

I got off the phone with RDS this morning and was told that my application has been approved and it is being sent to print. I was in shock and asked her to repeat! lol! here is my timeline!

12/13 application started
12/18 CHL-100, dd-214 submitted
12/22 LTC docs received confirmation
2/19 told verbally that application is approved- no website change.

and now I wait again!

Just got off the phone with the RSD. They said my license was issued today 02/19. Expect plastic in the mail in 10-14 business days. Now I pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail.

Looks like my timeline is about a week after yours. Same situation with a dismissed arrest. Keep us updated when the website changes and the plastic arrives.

I submitted all my paperwork on 1/12/16. Twice I submitted a request for information on the RSD website. Although I received an automatic reply stating that they would review and respond to my inquiry, I have heard nothing.

They almost NEVER respond to those emails. If you need to contact them you're going to have to try your luck calling in.
