Got my plastic in Feb. They had officially gotten all my stuff right after Christmas.

Email confirmation 1/4/16.

It's been 64 total days for me since e-mail confirmation with NO change.

47 business days since e-mail confirmation.

39 business days since fingerprint submission, which was the only thing that was done late because IdentiGo was swamped.

That puts me in week 10 of this whole process.

On one of my call in's, I got a Supervisor by chance. She informed me they go by 60 business days and by the submission of the last article as the start date. So if fingerprints were last and after the confirmation letter then that is the date they go by. I politely told her the law did not specify business days so legally she can not insert "business days" into the law. She agreed and then told told me but it will be business days. LOL

Once my status changed online, which was a Thursday, my plastic was in the mailbox the following Monday. I'm betting your plastic will be in your mailbox by Friday if not sooner Zimmer.

Gotta love it. I'm at 78 calendar days. One week from today will be 60 business days. No status update yet.

What website can I check my status???

Confirmation email on 12/28.. Sent an email to them 10 days ago checking on my status and never got an email back. Called many times and all agents are busy.

I have logged into TDPS site and it only takes me to the instructor app

thx

You're looking in the correct place, but that's all you're going to see until your status changes.

You'll never get a response via email, and calling is a crapshoot. Keep trying to call in and you may get lucky.
