My completed timeline

#1

Post by apb1134 »

new to the site, just thought I would pass along my experience.

took CHL class 12/20/2015
submitted fingerprints fast track 12/21/15
submitted all paperwork and paid fees 12/21/2015
confirmation email 12/21/2015

called today 02/22/15 and I am now completed, simply waiting for plastic.

so all in all, about 65 day if you take out Holidays, about 63.

Website has not updated. For all those waiting, some things I have learned. There is no real pattern, some people get plastic before site updates, some after. Some get accurate information on the phone, some receive generic scripts. I was told because of increase in submissions, 90 days was current expectation. Clearly, in most cases they are over estimating. My best guest, expect about 60-70 days assuming you are clean. My background is perfect.

All the best to you all!

63 seems to be a pretty average at this point. After stalking everyone's timelines for the last couple weeks, this seems to me to be a pretty "typical" post-holiday period for "uncomplicated" apps. I know there are still a few longer holdouts that are submitted before you, but I also just saw a 12/30 app just get posted, so who knows.

Looks like your dance card just got punched and you'll be leaving us soon. :fire Congrats.....

Congrats.

I'm not far behind you, yet when I call, all I get is "it's too early".

I called today and the lady said "Oh, I see you've called in a few times to check on this...please wait longer." No news yet...

My timeline is 12/21 (confirmation email) to ...?

How are you guys getting through when calling? All I have ever gotten is a recording that says due to overwhelming call volume, our representatives are not available for calls at this time.

I've tried all hours of the day, every day of the week. Am I just a victim of unlucky timing?

Keep trying. I've found than 8:30-11am is a sweet spot, but there's no telling.

APB1134,,, have you received your plastic yet? I was just told this past Thursday (25th) that I was approved & Saturday (27th yesterday) my status online changed to being able to file for lost or stolen license etc.

Congrats!! I am 11 days behind you in my app and fingerprint card dates. Let's see if I come in at 11 days +\- . I am still concerned about never receiving a confirmation email. I called approx on day 68 and told they have everything, I'm just in the que.

Well that's all you needed from them is verification that they received all doc's & no letter(s) from them, you'll be right behind me,
Hang in there Mr Bean it's coming!
