My father applied for his LTC mid December and just got a letter in the mail asking for more information on an arrest 30 years ago, how would he go about getting the information that they need

Re: Letter wanting more information
He may be able to call the courthouse and ask to speak to the clerk to request the documents they need.
I had an arrest from 12 years ago from another county 2 hours away from home. I called them and within about 10 minutes they emailed me the documents I needed for less than $5.

I'm surprised that they let you use it for a LTC as the requirement is for a CERTIFIED copy and ifn it doesn't have a raised seal its not certified as far as I knowsweatmachine wrote:He may be able to call the courthouse and ask to speak to the clerk to request the documents they need.

Well that may not work then. I requested my docs and sent them in with my initial application. I did not receive a request for more info from DPS.JP171 wrote: I'm surprised that they let you use it for a LTC as the requirement is for a CERTIFIED copy and ifn it doesn't have a raised seal its not certified as far as I know
