NRA associate directors election.

I have the ballot with that title on it. This is not the board of directors ballot in disguise or something?
I noticed Mr Cotton's name is not listed on the ballot, if it is the board ballot, why is Mr Cotton's name not listed? Does he no longer wish to be on the board? Has he given any indication of such thoughts?
If this is the board of directors ballot and his name isn't on it by design, then I'll write him in on the back.
Anyone else familiar with what this ballot is?

Add edit: For those of you who're voting members, this ballot also included the recall regarding Norquist. I won't admonish people on how to vote but make damn sure you vote on this and do so on an educated basis.
