Now 71.7%
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.

And people like myself that are crippled?koine2002 wrote:Surprised to see this in the Valley. I'm from the Valley and I regularly have family, who own guns themselves, decry carrying guns. However, the decry it not because of safety or because of the principle of the thing. They decry it because it means you don't know how to defend yourself otherwise. My brother in law told me over thanksgiving (who owns several handguns and rifles but refuses to carry), "You know that most of the people who carry guns carry them because they either can't or don't want to learn how to defend themselves." He then went on to say that a man who carries a gun is less of a man than he is. Its a bunch of macho poodoo.
God Bless America, and please hurry.

My grandfather always told me to use the right tool for the job. As a senior citizen and disabled vet, my right tool for self defense is (right now) a 9mm pistol. I'm not as good at a lot of things as I once was, but I'm as good a shot as I ever was.koine2002 wrote:Surprised to see this in the Valley. Don't forget, the Valley is heavily Democrat and voted in large numbers for the Traitor in Chief both times so it wouldn't surprise me if the majority is anti-gun. But that last line is especially funny coming from someone living there. I also used to live there and still have family there.
