The only time I want to hear this traitor open his mouth is at a trial for treason, entering a guilty plea.

I wonder what the reply would be from Libs if the Republicans offered "universal" background checks for Nationwide CHL reciprocity. Texas recognizes lots of other states permits, why not the whole country?

Hmm as long as a chl still offers me an instant purchase I might be okay with that one. Maybe. Possibly.

IMHO the "full faith & credit" clause already provides for national reciprocity. However one benefit to pretending it doesn't is that people tend to actually look up the laws before traveling to another state.

[this next part is not researched at all]
It doesn't matter for things like marriage or drivers licenses, because the state-level laws, especially the ones that have criminal penalties, are fairly uniform anyway.

Gun laws, OTOH... Stuff that's so common in one state that you'd think it was mandated, can be a serious felony in states like CA.

If a law is passed that explicitly mandaties reciprocity, there will a clamor to standardize the states' laws, and I not want the likes of Reid or Feinstein having any input into that.
I am not a lawyer, nor have I played one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, nor should anything I say be taken as legal advice. If it is important that any information be accurate, do not use me as the only source.

I record the vast majority of what I watch on television.

If Obama comes on I simply fast forward until he's gone.

I can't bear to watch or listen to him.
