We got something similar in the worse parts of town. It has a man with a hat and a trenchcoat with a circle slash over him. Ill try to get a picture of one.

Do progs sincerely believe that criminals will shrug their shoulders and move on to a different area?

I have to believe they're laughing too, if not, they're sincerely living in the land of make believe...

Of course the wishful thinkers that ordered up that sign are certain that everyone who reads it will already know the area code to call when reporting crimes. Can you make a local call from a cell phone without using the area code? No. :roll: :lol:

Or is it a more likely conclusion that this sign has been around since 7 number dialing was common?

At the bottom of that sign somebody should stencil in, "Black Rifles Matter"---that will get their attention. :clapping:
