I've got to get to the range. I have a 42 that I haven't shot yet and now have the 43. Hope the wife will carry the 42. She has a 23 but it just stays locked in the glove box of the car. Hoping with the size of the 42 she'll carry more.John Galt wrote:I hope you like it as much as I like my 42.jmra wrote:Bought my next firearm yesterday - Glock 43rotor wrote:Thompson sub machine gun

1. M1 Garand
2. SIG 1911 or Ruger
3. Win model 94 in 357
4. Tavor
not necessarily in that order....
I picked up the aluminum framed version earlier this year and it has quickly become my EDC. Really like it.TxLobo wrote:3. Ruger 1911 Commander
If you're talking to me, I'm not really converting as much as expanding. I seriously doubt I'll be carrying it often, but I did enjoy shooting it. Intending it to be more of a range/nightstand gun than an EDC.boxermoose wrote:Glad to see there is another convert

Trigger is amazing and its accurate as heck out of the box.
Have you tried carrying it? I'm concerned with the grip size more than anything else - I carry a full size 1911, so its not like the weight is gonna be a problem.rentz wrote:Taypo wrote:Shot an HK VP9 this weekend, its definitely next on the list.

it's one of my favorite pistols i own, even thinking of buying a second one.
No holster for it but I've thought of ordering one to try out in winter, it's bigger than what I would usually carry which is mainly single stack 9s but it really isn't that much different from my Glock 19 which I have carriedTaypo wrote:Have you tried carrying it?
