This comes 2 years after campus police shot to death an African American CHL who was in a bar intoxicated at three times the legal limit.
Apparently he was trying to break up a fight when campus police arrived.
The police officers were not charged by a grand jury.

So when present armed Campus Police resign then the unarmed security can holler "stop,Stop" or I will holler STOP again.
