Could be a bunch of nonsense, but given what some of us were just discussing in other threads, it might not be. If it isn't, it is cause for MAJOR concern. ANY use of social credit scores is unAmerican.

what is a SOCIAL credit score and who or what controls it? do i have to do xxxxx amount of community service or wash cars for the elderly or what?
