Yet another story of government agency gone rogue and engaging in illegal activities. I guess when the rotten fish head (Obama) doesn't obey or enforce the laws, no one under him does either.

They are more crooked than real smugglers. And all they are doing is collecting taxes. That is until they decide to pad the books, double sell tobacco etc. They can't even claim they were conducting an investigation when they were the only ones committing crimes. Then the watchdog group the DOJ, just looks the other way, nothing to see here.
It would be like the police going out and committing murder, to help catch murderers.
The ATFE, the EPA, and most all other Federally run agencies, need to be abolished. We are better off without them. JMHO
I'm glad the NYT is finally realizing some of the dastardly things that went on in BHO administration.

That was awful. From what was in the story, I do not see how there cannot be criminal charges and civil liabilities for the agents involved. Just horrendous.

Not only abolished but all employees RIFed. Absorbing them into another agency will only spread the cancer.
