Won't last long....President Trump has already ordered all federal agencies and departments to not enact any new rules and regulations until reviewed by new administration.

God I am SO glad those crooks are out of office! My guess is that Ashe knew that his new reg would be hung out to dry.......especially since it was enacted without any of the usual preceding period to take comments from the public - a highly irregular thing.

If I am not mistaken this also invalidates it. I know one of the Bush 43 administration's executive orders was invalid due to the timing thing and the NRA managed to get congress to make it a law via an amendment to a must pass bill. National Park Carry IIRC.

I hope you're right, but I fear otherwise. There is so much mischief to undo, I wonder how high a priority changing this reg will have.
