I'll give him his credit for saying his thoughts have changed, and participating in the practice.
I seriously need to get some of this training myself, quite honestly. I really don't want to be ill prepared if a bad situation like this comes my way.

Agreed. This video encourages me to get more training.

What's the old saying? “You can’t really understand another person’s experience until you’ve walked a mile in their shoes.”
Looks like this guy got to see (for a brief moment) what some of the dangers are being a cop. I doubt he has trouble complying with officer commands going forward.
