This is opinion from a guy that has gone around the sun 76 times as of June 9th 2016.

The FBI, IRS, DEA, NSA, CIA, BATF and US military are not allowed any more to communicate . Because of this administration
(if you would like to call IT that). The Justice Dept has told them that they cannot communicate about these Investigations into foreigners
just like the Border Patrol has been mandated to release how many Illegal Immigrants

Who knew about him and why was his name not sent to all agencies, State Police and Municipal PD's and Sheriffs..

I Can tell you why.

The bureaucrats are part of the plan. They are not bumbling fools. Every step is part and parcel of the plan to ruin the USA.
