Another reason to be thrilled that I don't live in CT. (Even though I'm not on the list)

CT Oath of Office.
You do solemnly swear (or affirm, as the case may be) that you will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the state of Connecticut, so long as you continue a citizen thereof; and that you will faithfully discharge, according to law, the duties of the office of____________

to the best of your abilities. So help you God.
Would it be treason or tyranny for CT legislators to infringe on an enumerated right without due process?
I am not a lawyer. This is NOT legal advice.!

How do you know you're not? I take it you've flown recently....but the title says watch "lists."

Not treason by the legal Constitutional definition. It is by more common usage of the word.

It’s past time to force the government to revise the “watch list” procedure.

They should have to notify you within 48 hours that you have been placed on a list, why and how you can challenge the action.
God Bless America, and please hurry.
When I was young I knew all the answers. When I got older I started to realize I just hadn’t quite understood the questions.-Me

:iagree: but it will never happen, the list is the same idea as the McCarthy era, he's a communist list....its all hearsay and finger pointing without basis in reality, its not going to change and nothing we can do will change it, might as well daydream about winning the lottery, you'll have a better chance

Hahaha. Yeah, I'm probably on some list, somewhere. I'm not on the no-fly list though, unless I was added in the last few days.
