It's California, you're lucky if you're even allowed to carry to begin with.

San Bernardino police scanner reports that the building is an assistance center to help people living with disabilities.

They have multiple witnesses and are holding them at a nearby golf course. None of the suspects are in custody.

Taking guns away is not the solution, when will anti gun people get that through their thick heads!!!!. Someone who wants to commit harm is going to do so with a gun, a knife, a hammer, or even a darn frying pan. Having at least a fraction of trained and armed citizens can drastically reduce the amount of harm someone like that can do. Getting rid of guns won't solve anything.
