Many of the 10 Commandments require a death penalty, including the 9th, bearing false witness.
Due process would be upheld, but quick.
But hey, since Jesus isn't here yet (see Luke 19:27 for something interesting), I'd be happy if she was at least put in jail.

I'd like to see her arrested for inciting a riot. I watched this on Fox News live and figured it was bull because of the other conflicting stories. Even the Fox News reporter got it wrong initially. The gun looked like a single action revolver. He must have had it fully loaded. They showed a police officer standing over it to make sure no one messed with it. The morons were throwing things at him trying to hit the gun in an attempt to destroy evidence.

They can't lie on TV without the TV networks putting them on the air. The world is full of liars. They're getting a broadcast platform because the media wants them to have one. We don't have a liar problem so much as an irresponsible media problem.

We have probably all seen it before. I think some people will say whatever they think they need to say to get on camera or on the news.
IMO, there are a growing number of people in this country that have no personal moral values at all. They might be loyal to family or blood, but not sure about even that.

Yet again, another great example of a use for LEO body cameras. With body cameras, LEOs are protected from this sort of harassment and potential liability.
What if this was a shooting and the single independent witness was this rock-star of a human being? It could be career ending at a minimum and on the other end might end up locking up an officer that was just doing his job the right way...
