The punk is a poser - notice how he turns it on when others show up to restrain him. He is a bully and only acted out because he was facing a kid.

Well, the ideal way to handle this would be as seen here:

But in real life, staying in the car and getting a video (with sound) isn't a bad way to go . . . I expect the video will prove hugely entertaining to the judge and jury.

And the guy was a U.S. Marine? Hmmm . . . his chain-of-command may be interested in seeing the video as well.

The article stated that no charges were filed at this time.

I don't doubt the driver saved two lives. His and the Marine's. Hopefully the Marine can get help for his PTSD (that his father stated he was suffering from).

That Marine is very lucky to be alive. Had the driver been armed, things could have turned out very differently.

PTSD is fast becoming the excuse of the day for bad behaviour.

Hmmm? It seems that 'excuses' have too often taken the place of 'accountable'.

I would agree with your statement as people are using PTSD as an excuse. I hate this becaue I do believe that there are people who have serious issues with PTSD.

Big legal difference between California and Texas.

Under Texas law, slamming the window in an attempt to break it and force entry sets the stage so that use of deadly force is presumed reasonable. The driver could have simply pulled a gun out and shot him.

In California, I presume the driver would be charged for shooting the road-rager.

Becomming? It's been that way since the first cases of Vietnam veterans who came back head-whacked got into trouble.

Terrible behavior on the part of the Marine.

Odd that it took the Daily Mail over a year to publish an article about this. The incident happened in April of 2013...
