In every poll, it is all about the people polled and the questions asked. This is no different....

Fox News had pieces early in the year stating the same thing. As time went on, support dropped off sharply. I'm not at all surprised that this current poll shows that level of support right after the incident in California, especially given the amount of media attention it has.

I'm not sure why they continue to run polls just to show that "the majority" support infringing on my rights. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE SUPPORT IT! At one time, the majority of citizens supported slavery, that didn't make it right. At one time, the majority of Americans didn't think women should vote, that didn't make it right. We are not a mob rule society. Just because the majority wants to infringe on my rights, it doesn't mean that they get to.

In fact, it only takes 5 people to infringe on your rights.

The probelm I have with this poll is it is too broad. Just one thing like mental disorder being the trigger for tighter restrictions and they vote yes.
