Missouri is already an open carry state. It has been legal there forever. The only difference is cities could enact ordinances to prohibit open carry of a firearm. Now, if you have a CHL you will be able to open carry even in those cities that it was once illegal in.rbwhatever1 wrote:Nice start...

That is nice. I wonder, though; does this part "Any person who violates these provisions may be issued a citation for up to $35" apply to the citizen who's carrying, or the LEO who "disarms or restrains a citizen without any reasonable and articulable suspicion of criminal activity"?
