He was in a foreign country that has their own laws. Maybe he broke the law, but I doubt that it was intentional.
The Special Agent doesn't make the policy in the U.S, so I don't agree that "he got a taste of their own medicine".
I hope that the State Department can get him back home ASAP. :patriot:

Nevermind...

What I just typed violated way to many forum rules and big chunk of the sermon on the mount.

A ridiculous and draconian law with an absurd penalty, especially in a country that openly allows terrorist training camps and supports terrorist groups.

No, they're not. Gun laws exist to protect bad guys and create a defenseless population dependent on government.

Isn't that one of those places where everybody shoots their A-K's in the air at weddings, funerals and whenever else they feel like it?

So I guess Pakistan would be an example where gun laws are working. I wish more politicians who want more gun laws would point to Pakistan as one of their ideal places in the world. After all it did work out for Osama for a really long time.

Following this news here and other forums, I'm disappointed by the cop bashing. The suspect allegedly violated the law in Pakistan so the cops did the right thing by arresting him.
