I have been considering this for some time and have come to the conclusion that gun owners should find some way to commemorate December 31, 2013.
That was the day the brave gun owners of Connecticut stood up to an arrogant, group of officials and decided not to comply with unconstitutional laws rammed through with no discussion or input from the citizens.
It would be great if those that did not register their guns could get a medal but wearing one would be admitting to being a felon. I hope someone comes up with a good idea (like a challenge coin) that would be suitable to commemorate this act of civil disobedience and bravery.

Re: December 31, 2013
This is a notable day in the history of our country. Even though the anti’s and especially the government would love for everyone to forget it ever happened. In fact, it demonstrated that in at least some cases, the people control the government and not the other way around.
God Bless America, and please hurry.
