I hope none of you ever have to experience the feeling of what it is like to move from junior Senator Barbara Boxer to junior Senator Ted Cruz. Not that it isn't an exhilarating experience or anything.

Ummm NO. That is between him and the Syrian rebels. As such that is a private transaction not through an FFL so no background check required!!!
