You should understand one thing about this man... He isn't friendly to the 2nd Amendment! He supported the NJ Assault Weapons ban which started before the Federal Assault Weapon ban and is still in effect. He has has 3 Attorney Generals that have all been fighting local & national gun organizations attempt to stop NJ "May Issue" Conceal Carry permit process which has been really a no issue state due to the "Justifiable Need" requirement that your Chief of Police and a judge needs to approve. I hope over the next couple years you spend some time learning what laws exist in NJ as he finds them ACCEPTABLE. For those that want to understand who he is... I would recommend the following places...

New Jersey 2nd Amendment Society:

http://nj2as.com/

Gun For Hire Radio Podcast: (listen on your PC or Mobile Smartphone.. Very funny if you like NJ humor)

http://gunforhireradio.com/

Association of NJ Rifle & Pistol Clubs

http://www.anjrpc.org/

This is the man that maybe competing against Hilary...

Let me know if you have questions.

Thanks,

Bob C.

Maybe Christie or Perry can be Hillary's running mate if Obama doesn't run again.

He is very well known in NJ as a RINO! Maybe he will tweak his 2nd Amendment stance like Romney did.

If the party nominates a mook like Christie, I will completely lose whatever modicum of respect I had left for it. His nomination would be a sure sign that the party has gone clean off the rails and has abandoned its legacy. They'd never get another president elected ever again.

If the Republicans nominate Christie, I may sit out the 2016 Presidential election for the first time since 1968. I think a lot of good Republicans like me might do the same.

I am with stroo and TAM. They anoint Chris Christie I am going to go candidate shopping. I see no reason to vote for a larger more ugly version of Obummers. His vote to deny children who had been molested desired psychiatric help was the crowning cap of my disdain for him.

No MORE RINOs.

Same thing....Chris Christie is a bit funnier, but on balance it is the choice between eating horse poop or chicken poop either way one is eating fecal matter.

I'd vote for Hillary over Christie if that was the choice.
Same policies, but at least I can blame someone NOT wearing a GOP badge. "rlol"

I honestly and firmly believe that if Chris Christie is nominated as the GOP candidate for the 2016 Presidential race, you will see a third party candidate who had formerly been a Republican and he will take the vital heart of the party with him, leaving the old back slapping, cigar smoking go alongs behind.

That would be a shame. Widespread voting for a third party candidate would send a much stronger message to the party than not voting at all.
