Remember, you are talking about another state. In PA, they can open carry, BUT you can't have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle without a concealed carry permit. Also have we abandoned common sense? If there is a report in the inner city, any major inner city of 2 guys walking around with AK's I think cops should check it out.
