Remember, you are talking about another state. In PA, they can open carry, BUT you can't have a loaded firearm in a motor vehicle without a concealed carry permit. And your concealed carry permit would only apply to a handgun, so if they got on the buss with a loaded AK-47 they were in violation of the law period.

Also have we abandoned common sense? If there is a report in the inner city, any major inner city of 2 guys walking around with AK's I think cops should check it out. If nothing then great but come on now...

Gun control history is clear that most original laws restricting firearms were passed to keep African-Americans and other "undesirable" classes from being armed. RE: "The Racist Roots of Gun Control".

I'd prefer liberty.
