Harry Reid says Obamacare will lead to single-payer system

Well, I always knew this was the goal, but this is the first time I have heard someone come out and actually say it....
“What we’ve done with Obamacare is have a step in the right direction, but we’re far from having something that’s going to work forever,” Reid said.
When show panelist Steve Sebelius asked if that meant eventually doing away with insurance-based coverage, Reid replied, “Yes, yes. Absolutely, yes.”
So, even if you like your insurance and doctor, you can't keep them eventually....imagine that... /sarcasm off

Just another sign that those who want to "Transform" America believe that the transformation to Amerika has reached the point of inevitability. They can now open up and reveal their real thoughts and desires.

I don't necessarily mind them trying to get away from "insurance-based coverage", as long as it's done in a manner that's both wise and constitutional. Obamacare is neither (tax bills must originate in the house).

x2 There was no question in my mind ever that Obamacare was setup as a stepping to single payer. The Federal government has made a wreck of the housing market and they have a need to make a wreck of the healthcare system. It is their "thing."

Please join honorable senators like Ted Cruz in their attempt to defund obamacare.
