Bloomberg Threatens Taxi CEO

Mayor Bloomberg went on a spitting-mad rant against a city cab-fleet boss who won a court victory over Hizzoner’s planned “Taxi of Tomorrow”

The Taxi of Tomorrow is a Bloomberg pet project that would have replaced nearly the entire of fleet of yellow cabs with a more spacious model that Nissan won the right to design in an open competition.
The taxi industry, led by Freidman, challenged the overhaul — and Bloomberg seeing his foe at MSG set him off, the witness said.
“Bloomberg thinks that everyone should just follow his decisions,” he said.

The good news in that story is that Bloomberg will be out of office in January. Good riddance. Hopefully New York can elect a human being next.

Wow! I sure hope he doesn't have access to any guns. He sounds kinda scary.

No obvious improvement for NYC. Going from a 'rear end' to a 'weenie' is a relatively short move.

The opposition ads should be.....interesting....
He's running against a woman. Gee, I can think of at least three juicy lines of attack that he can't defend against. The best he can do is keep saying he's sorry and he's learned his lesson, which I doubt many women will believe.

However, the following is troubling...
Bloomberg this morning said he doesn’t recall unleashing that profanity-laced tirade -- or virtually any other details from that night.

Sounds like a restraining order needs to be requested......
And if Hizzzzhonor is of such a poor mental health state that he has no memory of a emotional event like is being reported, perhaps he needs a directed mental health evaluation and or stepping down from his mayoral duties until a state certified and appointed mental health professional has cleared him.
