Yes folks, it is time to come to the more modern way of living. I about bust a gut about the whole C-Section comment. I know that we will never know 100% that the author didn't intend for this to be satire but have to believe it for face value.
I know the image is kind of old so if it has made the round before please delete!!!

In spite of the fact that there are Democrats who really could write a letter like this one, this is clearly satire. I think the part that a C-section means someone isn't "natural born" nails it as satire.
