Am I Too Critical?

While I seldom watch MSNBC, I feel it is a good practice to see that the 'other side' is doing or thinking.

When MSNBC has their 'bug' on the upper portion of the screen, showing their corporate logo, they also have what may be the official slogan of the left on the screen. I am so tired (probably sick too) of the "Lean Forward" that they are so fond of.

Reminds me too much of 'Bend Over', which I see as their unofficial position.

That "Lean Forward" slogan leaves me scratching my head.

I don't know what the heck they mean with those fuzzy 2 words.

To me, somebody says "Lean Forward" when they want to get
into the back seat of a 2 door car. :-)

Oh come on now! This one is so easy...the 2012 campaign slogan for B.H.O was Forward and about half an hour after that was announced MSNBC came out with LEAN FORWARD.

MSNBC might have well used "We love Obama so much it sends a chill up our leg", oh they said too!

Strangely enough, I used to hear the phrase "lean forward" in the USAF...they meant it as being ready before something happened...of course, we used to joke that if you lean forward too far, you'll fall on your face!

Oh, and MSNBC makes me sick. That is all.

All that runs through my mind is, "Lean forward and choke yourself!" with the gravely R. Lee Ermey delivery. Fitting in a way, following the leftist policies of the current administration is choking the life out of our great nation.

Too critical?

Nope, I don't think so. If anything, not anywhere near critical enough. MCNBC and NBC have forsaken any pretense at being news organizations. They are essentially semi-official propaganda arms of the regime.

I'll add to your criticism. Not only are they slanted and jingoistic, they have anchors/reporters who are rude, disrespectful and antagonistic to any view but their endorsed "worldview". I also wish that "Morning Joe" Scarborough would be very publically disavowed by the Republican Party. He's had enough of the kool-aid that he's lost any perspective or independence he may have once had.

I despise MSNBC and their cohorts @ NBC for their role in selling this bill of goods to the low information voter.

Jeff B.,

I understand your comment in reference to the low information voter. I am not too sure who invented this term, but it seems to me that this is another attempt to 'pretty-up' what it really means...Stupid Voter.

Ain't political correctness grand.

Yeah, many of the folks that you come across on a daily basis or see on TV getting interviewed make me wish for a civics test to verify that someone has at least a basic idea of what's going on other than "they're going to vote for X, because he'll take care of us".
