It's interesting that WalMart is pushing this. They charge sales tax on online sales for the jurisdiction where the item's delivered, but if you return it to a store with a lower or no sales tax you don't get the amount of sales tax you originally paid only the prevailing rate.

Presumably, but we haven't had a chance to test that. We did point that out to WalMart Corporate when we argued with their policy.
