As a leader in the industry, lets see if they do what they said and leave CO. Many other states would love their tax base including us in TEXAS.

1. They are only out of committee, not yet approved by the Senate.
2. They are not signed by Governor Hickenlooper.
3. Several, if not all, are unconstitutional.

It's likely the Senate will approve the bills, but maybe CO will get lucky and some of them won't pass. Will we be expecting Magpul to flee if the mag-limit bill fails to become law? Will we expect Magpul to flee before the courts have their say?

Just shows how quickly a State can "turn". Vote and stay active in Texas!!!

Something has to change seems like folks comes here then decide to bring their liberal junk with them which caused them to move in the first place.

I would not expect them to move prior to anything actually being signed, but a few publicized meetings with some governors might let them know theirs is not an idle threat. If they move before or announce the move before the law is signed there won't be any reason for CO to not go ahead and sign it anyway.
