SCOTUS Refused to hear the case. :confused5 :grumble

I'm not able to find any detailed comments from the court, likely because there are none.
I assume the refusal is because the case has not been fully vetted through the lower court process yet? Anyone have more details? :bigear:

From what I'm reading an Illinois case is working its way through the courts and the Supreme Court is waiting for that case where they will address the issue of carrying guns in public.
