Not gun related, but where in the heck(g-rated) did this guy come from?

We all know he's anti-gun, anti-sugar, now anti-styrofoam, anti-smoking
He surely wouldn't last long here in our state.

The offshoots of this will drive other costs up dramatically. For instance, my OR receives drugs/organs/implants that need to be cooled throughout the process of delivery. The easiest (read: cheapest) way to do this is with coolant blocks inside of styrofoam containers. Could you imagine who will foot the cost of these already expensive staples to the OR?
Well, that's just my little slice of the larger picture, I'm sure you have yours!
ps...what am I gonna put my beer in now when I forget my igloo?

Wouldn't be surprised if crony capitalism were in play here.

Something like this, or just about any stunts of this nature that people like King Bloomjerk pull, are about control. Oh, yeah, there is probably money involved, but people of that level don't use money like us regular folks. They use money for its influence, not merely to purchase things, not merely to purchase really nice things. That sort such as Bloomberg get a high from telling folks what to do, a real old-school royalty kind of thing. I am forced to think that because I can see no other reason for it, not any little reason at all. Its all about power, and the "joy" of abusing power. And that makes me more upset and sickened than anything else.

It's about control.
It's about controlling people.
I's not about
landfills
gasoline types/mixtures
carbon footprints
globular warming
fast-food
health
salt
sugar
fat
transfat
drink size
Styrofoam
paper bags killing trees
plastic bags killing plastic Christmas trees
guns

while I can agree one on aspect... Styrofoam to go cups and plates are really worthless.. and are unsightly...I propose to go back the 100% biodegradable paper cups and plates, paper milk cartons just like it was say around 1960.....
I drank many a cup of coffee from a paper cup, ate many a meal from paper plate....and drank many a icy cold coke cola in a paper cup.... puts amercians back to work in logging, paper mills, and manufacturing paper products....
Not a fan of Styrofoam floating down the streams and rivers.... its ugly...I hate walking through the wood or stream side seeing what irresponsible people leave behind...
at least if it was a paper product it would serve as a plant food when it degrades.

Unfortunately Mr. Leary's love of personal freedom doesn't extend to the 2nd Amendment. He made the NRA's list of celebrities that support gun control. Gluttony, misogyny, pornography, prediliction for public exposure while wearing jell-o, all okay. The right to keep and bear arms, No Way!
