Geeze, everybody I know, including most of my pastoral staff, carries such a knife. So do I, and so does my son. None of us are criminals, nor have we ever been arrested for anything, let alone tried for it. And they want to make outlaws out of us in one fell swoop? I don't care. Here is the source of the "controversy". It's the letters and commentary regarding the importation of certain knives, and the rulings of Customs that what was being imported were NOT switchblade knives. They are trying to reinvent the wheel to justify an untenable position they are trying to hold......IMHO it won't last.

A very interesting read, if you wanna muddle through 79 pages of the brief. I'll be honest, I only made it to page 17.

I can't help but feel the Obama administration is alienating the American people, very quickly. And that dog don't hunt! All we have to do is wait it out until the next presidential election. I have a strong feeling, he is going to be a one term president.....if he doesn't resign under pressure before then. That's how I see it at least.
